Founder’s Day

An array of materials was created to support a series of Founder’s Day events targeted to alumni, employees and students of University of Wisconsin-Stout. Materials included invitations, programs, signage, and a life-sized cutout of the founder, James H. Stout. Old photos, etchings and signatures were used to incorporate nostalgia. Two color printing was used to keep the project within budget while maintaining the nostalgic look.

Pearl City United Methodist Church

A logo and branding guide were created for the church when they were looking to update their printed materials as well as launch a brand new website. The logo incorporates the cross that hangs in the sanctuary of the church, the colors that reflect the building and stained glass windows, and the green direction the congregation wants to head in. The branding was then applied to the website direction and template, and was included in event promotions and printed pieces. The re-branding is a continuing process as new pieces are created and ministries are expanded.

m. vie Make Up Press Kit

The press kit was created to promote the m. vie make up line created by Midnight Velvet. These printed pieces were sent out with samples, a CD of how-to videos and tip cards. It was distributed to contacts at beauty magazines and publications, as well as television shows. I directed the photography, laid out the media pieces and assembled the final project.

Stout Outlook

This is a publication of the Stout Alumni Association and Stout University Foundation sent to alumni, donors and friends. Articles were written by alumni, students and staff. Photographs were received from alumni, students, staff as well as incorporating stock photography, archival photos and new photography. I was part of the re-design team, as well as the managing editor and designer. It won a GDUSA Inhouse Design Award in 2007.
